Ingredients Panettone:

WHEAT FLOUR type 0, sugar, PISTACHIOS 15%, water, butter (MILK), egg yolk (EGG), ALMOND FLOUR, egg white (EGG), corn starch, fructose, WHEAT sourdough, WHOLE MILK POWDER, emulsifier: E471, salt, flavourings, brewer’s yeast, enzymes, flour treatment agent: E300.

PISTACHIO CREAM

Ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, soy, palm), PISTACHIOS 15%, whey powder (MILK), skimmed milk powder (MILK), emulsifiers (soy lecithin, sunflower lecithin), salt, flavourings.
